What is the return policy?
If you want to make a claim or return an item, you need to notify us no later than 14 days after you have received your package. To make a claim or return a product please email us to: info@allovertheplace.se
The message must state your name, address, email and which goods are to be returned. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the message, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
Since you as the customer are responsible for the item until we have received the return, it is a good idea to send the return with tracking. This way you can be sure that your return will arrive as it should. When we have received your return, you will receive an email from us that you need to reply to so that we can agree on your compensation. We will refund your money within 7 days of receiving the return.
When will I get my order?
We personally pack each item to ensure the best possible care. Your order will be prepared within one week of purchase, with delivery taking approximately 1–3 days thereafter.
Are all products vintage?
Yes, all products are carefully selected by us and sold in used condition. Please read the product description and review the images carefully, as they provide the most accurate representation of the item’s condition. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and photo quality. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the products size, material and condition.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Sweden is free and included in the price. For international orders, an additional shipping cost will be added at checkout.
