Terms of purchase:

All products are carefully curated by us and sold in used condition. We encourage you to review the product description and images thoroughly, as the condition of each item is presented as clearly and accurately as possible through both text and visuals. Allovertheplace cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to variations in screen settings and photography.

If the product is damaged beyond what is noted in the product description and product images when you receive it, or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered, you must always contact us via info@allovertheplace.se for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

Claims & returns:

If you want to return an item, you need to notify us no later than 14 days after you have received your package. To make a claim or return a product please email us to: info@allovertheplace.se

The message must state your name, address, email and which goods are to be returned. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the message, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. 

Since you as the customer are responsible for the item until we have received the return, it is a good idea to send the return with tracking. This way you can be sure that your return will arrive as it should. When we have received your return, you will receive an email from us that you need to reply to so that we can agree on your compensation. We will refund your money within 7 days of receiving the return.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the goods in the event of a used or damaged product.

Shipping:

Shipments within Sweden is free and included in the price. For orders shipped outside of Sweden, an additional shipping fee will be added at checkout.

The item is packed personally by us for the best possible handling within a week from your purchase and after that the delivery time is about 1-3 days. Should delays in delivery occur without us notifying you, please contact us by email at info@allovertheplace.se

All packages are sent with tracking. The package will be delivered to the mailbox or the nearest delivery point depending on the size of the packaging. When the package is available for collection, the recipient will be notified via the specified email address or SMS. Please note that delivery may take longer on holidays.

If the item has been damaged during delivery, be sure to point this out to the forwarder directly upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
